Delivery Terms & Conditions

We deliver nationwide across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery is handled by our own fleet within Dhaka and through trusted courier partners for orders outside the capital.

• Free delivery on orders above $45 (5,000৳)
• Standard charge inside Dhaka for orders below the free-delivery threshold
• Charges outside Dhaka vary by location and are calculated at checkout

Orders inside Dhaka are typically delivered within 1–2 working days. Deliveries outside Dhaka usually arrive within 2–5 working days. Timelines may extend during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders. For high-value items, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order — this will be communicated before dispatch.

Please inspect the package in front of the delivery agent. If the seal is broken or the product appears damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

• Verify the product model and quantity against your invoice
• Confirm the warranty seal and accessories are present
• Report any discrepancy within 24 hours of delivery

If we’re unable to reach you or you’re unavailable at delivery, our agent will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to our warehouse.
